The funnel, end to end.

Ten stops, every link live. Ten minutes to walk someone through the whole thing.

The 60-second version

A two-day live webinar, 90 minutes a day, one cohort a month, teaching SOURC-E: how a business gets cited by AI search. Day one is the framework, day two hands over the SOURC-E toolkit. The next step is a free strategy call that feeds StudioHawk retainers. Running a $7 vs $97 price split test: identical content, the price is the only variable. US-first: USD, ET, QuickBooks/Weber/HelloFresh proof. Structure = SOP-04 arc + Cole Gordon honesty open.

Walk it in this order

Ten stops

1

Traffic: five ad angles

Ten scripts, fifteen hooks. Each ad carries ?a=<angle> through to the lead record, so we measure good leads per angle, not clicks.

2

Landing pages (the A/B pair)

Same page at two test prices. $7 filters for commitment, $97 anchors ownership. No invented scarcity, no recording for attendees. Ad angles carry ?a= from real inquiry topics (how-to AI, left-behind fear, rising ad costs).

3

Registration: our own Typeform replacement

One question per screen, keyboard driven, resume on refresh, embedded on every page. Captures partial fills: type an email and bail, you're still a lead.

4

Auto-scoring on submit

Business vs freemail email, site resolves, revenue tier, plus SE Ranking organic data on every lead. With the paid funnel every registrant goes straight to Stripe for their price cell, email prefilled; the fit score stays as lead intel for Slack, the dashboard and the CRM.

5

Confirmation: the show-up machine

Calendar button, welcome video slot, next-month move instead of a recording. Meta conversion fires here with tier-aware value.

6

Bad-lead nurture

Legacy path: the paid funnel now sends every registrant to checkout, so nothing routes here. Kept for old links; the only place a recording is promised.

7

The webinar

Slides + talk track. Premium attendees get the HawkOS Lite hub handed over on the call.

8

The close

One honest minute on StudioHawk, a 72-hour master-plan window, strategy calls via inline HubSpot Meetings.

9

Measurement

Password dashboard: drop-off per question with time per step, partial fills, engagement score per lead (sections read, video, form time), CSV export. Slack ping on every registration.

10

The second funnel: VSL call funnel

Modeled on application funnels (Collective Shift, Blue Sense): VSL page, then an eight-question application that builds friction on purpose (role, revenue, marketing spend, readiness to act). Good fits book a senior audit call; bad fits get sent to the webinar and the free course instead of wasting a 30-minute slot.
