Film Day: Webinar

One session, 72 takes

Built to Jeremy Haynes' SOP framework: SOP-26 and SOP-27 for the script structure, SOP-20 for the hooks, SOP-31 for diversification, SOP-04 for what a webinar ad has to do. Every ad is one angle, which is one reason to buy. Film three hook cuts per ad and one body: the body and the CTA are identical under all three hooks, so the platform tests the hook and nothing else.

18 angles, 54 finished ads 9 at 30s, 9 at 75s Topic tests
Non-negotiables on set: it is live only, so never promise a recording or a replay. Never invent scarcity: the only urgency is the published dates and one cohort a month. The toolkit is the SOURC-E toolkit, ten Claude skills, never sixteen. State outcomes, not mechanisms: we know Samsung found us through a ChatGPT recommendation and that Sylvane grew brand mentions 621 percent, we do not know what caused either. Scripts are written for $7: for the $97 set, swap the price word in the CTA terms line, the end card and the Meta copy, and nothing else. Ad 12 is the exception: its angle line, hooks A and C in both the spoken line and the card, and the 0:12 body beat all name the price, so film that ad's hooks A and C and its body twice. The 621 percent is Sylvane's LLM brand mention growth: do not round it, restate it, or extend it to traffic, leads or revenue.

Ad 1 · Samsung found us through a ChatGPT recommendation, which is proof this channel already sends real buyers

Somebody in your market is already the name AI hands out. It is one name, not ten links.

On screen: AI hands out one name. Whose?

0:05 - 0:32

Here is how it happened. Samsung found StudioHawk through a ChatGPT recommendation. ChatGPT named us, and the enquiry landed. Sit with that for a second, because it is the part most owners miss. Nobody tells you when a model starts naming your competitor instead of you. You just quietly stop hearing from those buyers. AI search is not a channel you get to plan for next year. It is already moving real buyers today.

Harry to camera, conference room, seated. Slow push-in starts on "Nobody tells you." On-screen text stamp: "ChatGPT recommendation" when he says it. No music bed with copyright.

0:32 - 0:52

And it is measurable. Our client Sylvane grew brand mentions inside AI answers by 621 percent. Not impressions. Not rankings. Mentions inside the answers your buyers are reading, up 621 percent. Same channel that sent us Samsung, with a number on it.

Cut to whiteboard two-shot. Lower third holds "Sylvane: 621% growth in LLM brand mentions" for the full beat so the ad is screenshot legible.

On screen: What does optimizing for ChatGPT mean?

0:05 - 0:28

Here is the plain version. AI search is not ranking ten blue links. It is picking sources to cite. So the work changes. You give it claims it can verify, in language it can lift, on pages it already trusts. We run search for QuickBooks, Weber and HelloFresh. 7x Best Large SEO Agency.

Harry at the whiteboard. Writes three words as he says them: verify, lift, trust. Lower third on the last line: "7x Best Large SEO Agency."

0:28 - 0:50

Now the objection I hear: is this not just SEO with a new name? No. Same web, different reader. A person skims and clicks. A model reads, weighs the source, and answers for the buyer. You are not writing for a ranking anymore. You are writing to be quoted.

Cut to seated conference room frame. On-screen text splits the screen: "person: skims and clicks" versus "model: reads and answers."

0:50 - 1:07

I built SOURC-E because owners kept asking me what to actually do, and every answer they had been given was vague. Two days, pillar by pillar, plain English. You leave with the SOURC-E toolkit, ten Claude skills, and you keep them.

SOURC-E is the framework we use to get businesses found and cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Day one, I walk it pillar by pillar, on screen. It came out of our work with over 500 businesses across the US, the UK and Australia. One of them, Sylvane, grew brand mentions inside AI answers by 621 percent.

Harry at the whiteboard, SOURC-E written out pillar by pillar. Cut to a clean lower-third for the 500 and the 621 percent as he says them.

0:28 - 0:50

You have read plenty of posts about optimizing for AI search and still cannot say what to do Monday morning. Tips do not stack. A framework does, because every pillar tells you what to fix, in what order, and how you will know it worked. You are not getting a list. You are getting the method we run.

Today we run search for QuickBooks, Weber and HelloFresh, and we have served over five hundred businesses across the US, the UK and Australia. Every owner asks me the same fair question. If we do this AI search work, how do I know it worked? Not impressions. Not a feeling. A number. So we count one thing: how often the large language models mention your brand by name when a buyer asks for the best in your category. Then we run the framework and we watch that number.

Harry to camera, conference room, mid shot. On "count one thing" cut to whiteboard, Harry writing the single metric. No music bed under the question.

0:32 - 0:52

Our client Sylvane grew brand mentions inside AI answers by 621 percent. That is what a measurable lift looks like. Same channel, different proof: Samsung found StudioHawk through a ChatGPT recommendation. One of those is a number you can chart. The other is a buyer with a name on it.

Hold on the 621% figure as a clean on-screen card, then the Samsung line as a second card. Screenshot-legible, no motion tricks.

0:52 - 1:07

On August 26 and 27, I walk you through SOURC-E, the framework we run, live with Sophie Brannon. You leave with the SOURC-E toolkit: ten Claude skills, one or two per pillar, and a setup guide. Yours to keep.

Back to Harry at the whiteboard, SOURC-E written across it. Toolkit shown as a simple list card, no product mockups.

Samsung found StudioHawk through a ChatGPT recommendation. That is this channel working at the top end of the market. We run search for QuickBooks, Weber and HelloFresh. 7x Best Large SEO Agency, 42 industry awards, 4.9 from 272 Google reviews, 500 plus businesses across the US, UK and Australia. What you build here is a position, and a position does not switch off with the billing cycle.

Harry to camera, office. Proof points as plain typed cards, one at a time, screenshot-legible. No logo montage, no stock footage.

0:28 - 0:50

You are thinking this needs a developer, a rebuild, or a bigger budget. It does not. SOURC-E is a framework you run on the site you already have, and you leave with the SOURC-E toolkit: ten Claude skills, one or two per pillar, and a setup guide. You keep all of it.

Cut to whiteboard. Harry crosses out "developer, rebuild, budget" as he says them, then writes SOURC-E underneath.

0:50 - 1:07

I co-founded StudioHawk US. I have watched good operators fund a channel for years and own nothing at the end of it. Two days will not fix your ad account. It gives you something that does not switch off when the card stops.

Headline: Bring a Case, Not Another AI Article

Primary text: You already know AI search matters. The person who signs off does not want another article. They want a mechanism, a number and an owner. Day one covers how the answers actually get decided, and the rented traffic math you run on your own numbers, so what you take to your boss or your board is a case, not a hunch. On screen: You have never taken a reading

0:05 - 0:32

Every number in your business has a baseline. You know what a lead costs. You know what the site did last month. You know what you closed last quarter. Now open ChatGPT and ask the exact question your best customer would ask the week before they buy. Best company in your category. Most owners have never once done that. Not for a report, not for a meeting, just to look. And you cannot manage a channel you have never taken a single reading from.

Conference room, mid shot, Harry to camera. On the board behind him: cost per lead, sessions, closed revenue, then a blank line where the AI number should be. He taps the blank line on "never once done that." No music bed.

0:32 - 0:52

We have served more than five hundred businesses, and it always starts the same way. Look first. Day one you build your market's AI answer map with live lookups on the call. Which engine answered. Who got named. Whether it was you. That is your baseline, and every number after it means something.

Push in slightly. On-screen card holds the three lookup questions as plain text, one line at a time: which engine answered, who got named, was it you. Screenshot legible, no stock footage, no dashboards.

0:52 - 1:07

Then day two is SOURC-E end to end on real sites, so you know what to change once you can see the answer. You leave with the SOURC-E toolkit: ten Claude skills, one or two per pillar, and a setup guide. Yours to keep.

And on day one you watch the lookups happen on the call, not on a slide from last month.

Conference room, mid shot, Harry to camera. On the board: a generic demo brand name crossed out, replaced with LIVE Q AND A. Nothing in the visual may imply a private session, a personal audit or booked one to one time.

0:32 - 0:52

Here is why the answer is worth having. Samsung found StudioHawk through a ChatGPT recommendation. We run search for QuickBooks, Weber and HelloFresh, and we have served over five hundred businesses across the US, UK and Australia. So when you ask about your own market, the answer comes from that.

Push in slightly. Proof stack on screen as plain text, one line at a time, no logos animating. Claims ship exactly as written.
