The /confirmed welcome video: lock the show-up

SOP-28's main confirmation video, tuned for a webinar funnel: one job, get the registrant into the room live. It confirms the seat, drives the two actions sitting directly under the video on /confirmed (calendar button, free Claude account), sets the working-session expectation, and lands a short trust beat. No recording safety net, attendance is the deal. Written for the $7/$97 price-test pages (two-day format); premium swap lines at the bottom.

~1:20 runtime 6 beats · SOP-28 + SOP-18 Status: to film
The Script (price-neutral, both tiers)

1. Confirm

0:00 - 0:06

You're in. Your seat is locked for the live session, and I'm glad you grabbed it.

Straight in, warm, energy up. Same framing as the landing VSL so it feels like one conversation.

2. Lock the date

0:06 - 0:22

First thing, and do it while you're here: hit the add-to-calendar button right under this video. The Zoom link arrives by email closer to the day, and we'll text you before we start. But the calendar entry is what actually gets you in the room, so do it now.

Point down at the calendar button under the video. This is the whole reason the video exists.

3. Prep

0:22 - 0:40

Second: set up a free Claude account at claude dot ai. Two minutes now saves ten on the call. And on the day, join from a computer with your website open, because this is a working session, not a watch-along. You'll be grading your own site while we go.

Matter of fact. These mirror steps 2 and 3 on the page.

4. What's coming

0:40 - 0:58

Here's what the two days get you: the SOURC-E framework end to end, your own site graded against all six letters on day one, and the full SOURC-E toolkit handed over and installed on day two. You'll leave knowing your weakest letter and exactly what to fix first.

Paint the payoff. Builds anticipation, which is what show-up actually runs on.

5. Trust + honesty

0:58 - 1:12

Quick word on who's teaching. My agency runs SEO for brands like QuickBooks, Weber and HelloFresh, and Samsung found us through a ChatGPT recommendation. This session is that same method. And it's not a stealth sales pitch: you paid seven dollars, and you're getting the work.

Flat, no flex. The due-diligence beat for anyone about to Google you.

6. CTA

1:12 - 1:20

So: calendar, Claude account, computer on the day. That's it. See you live.

Count them off on fingers. End with eye contact, hard cut.

$197 premium swap lines (if the premium variant runs)

Beat 4 · What's coming
Here's what the two days get you: the SOURC-E framework end to end, the toolkit demoed live on a real site, and then the handover: the SOURC-E toolkit and the setup guide. You leave owning the machine.
Beat 5 · Trust + honesty (closing line)
...it's not a stealth sales pitch: you paid $197, and you're taking home the machine.
Production Notes

Before you film

  • Under 90 seconds. The page's job is the two buttons under the video; the video's job is to make people use them.
  • No recording mention anywhere (Harry's call: people need to show). If someone truly can't make it, the page copy moves them to next month's session.
  • Film it in the same setting as the landing VSL so the funnel feels continuous, same shirt, same framing, one session.
  • The pointing matters: beats 2 and 6 physically point below the video at the real buttons on /confirmed.
  • Where it goes: the video slot on /confirmed (see the TODO(VSL) comment in that page's source). This page fires Meta CompleteRegistration, so good leads all see it.
  • SMS line dependency: "we'll text you before we start" requires the T-0/T-24 SMS to be wired (TODO(SMS) flags). Cut the sentence if SMS is not live by launch.
